Attach PQQ, etc
This service provides your authority with the ability to attach additional documents
to your notice. You may attach any type of document, and they will be made available
on this site for download by suppliers who are interested in your notice. By using
this facility you can realise considerable saving because you no longer have to
prepare and distribute paper documenation.
eTendering - Tender Postbox
The tender post-box (eTendering) allows Purchasers to receive tender responses from
suppliers electronically in a secure environment. The supplier's responses to tender
notices are held in this secure postbox until the deadline for submissions has expired.
One or more designated members of your authority must then 'unlock' the postbox
to allow access to the contents. A complete audit trail is kept of all accesses
made to the postbox. This facility only applies to tenders using the open procedure
for tender submissions.
Library
Your library function can hold generic authority documentation, organisation logos
etc. which are easily accessed and shared across your organisation.
